Do you deliver outside Accra, Kumasi, and Tamale?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery within Ghana. Delivery timeframes are 1-2 days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us immediately at aloeglows@gmail.com or +233 537 002 277. Include photos of the damaged product, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at aloeglows@gmail.com to request cancellation. Cancellation can not be done if the product is already in transit.
Are refunds available for all products?
Refunds are available if the product is returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Note that a 10% deduction applies to all refunds.
